About The Role

This role sits on our Digital team, where your internal title will be Specialist, Digital, working primarily in a data analytics capacity across client engagements.

As a Specialist, Digital focused on Data Analytics, you are an early-to-mid career data professional with a strong foundation in analysis and a desire to grow both your technical and consulting skill set. Leveraging your analytics background, you will support the delivery of digital products for our clients through analytics and reporting solutions that help organizations better understand their data and make informed decisions.

In addition to your analytics work, you will gain exposure to broader areas of digital consulting, including digital product development, digital transformation, and user experience (UX/CX). You are interested in understanding how data supports product decisions, customer experiences, and overall business strategy.

You will work closely with senior analysts, data scientists, engineers, product managers, designers, and business stakeholders across a variety of client engagements. With guidance and mentorship, you will contribute to analytics initiatives including dashboarding, exploratory analysis, KPI tracking, and data quality validation, while also building broader consulting skills across areas such as project management, user experience, and design thinking.

You are curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to continuously improve your analytical and consulting capabilities.

What You'll Do

  • Support client and internal teams in understanding business questions and translating them into analytical requirements
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights under the guidance of senior team members
    Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to track key metrics and performance indicators
  • Assist in documenting metrics, definitions, and analytics processes
  • Collaborate with data engineers and other analysts to support data modeling and reporting layers
    Communicate insights clearly through visualizations, summaries, and presentations
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting, data quality, and analytical workflows

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or analytics-focused role
  • Programming experience in Python, Bash scripting, R or related language
  • Working proficiency in SQL and experience querying cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery)
  • Experience with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Foundational understanding of data modeling and analytics best practices
  • Experience defining and tracking KPIs and metrics
  • A/B testing and causal analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
    Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and consulting-style environments
  • Interest in learning about data governance, privacy, and security best practices
