A stable and highly respected organization is seeking a Benefits Services Analyst to support client & internal employee benefits, administration, reporting analytics, renewals, and relationship support. This is a highly visible role for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, presenting those findings, and providing top notch problem-solving expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Support benefit renewals, proposals, and pricing analysis
• Assist with client presentations and reporting deliverables

• Partner with carriers and internal teams to resolve benefit issues
• Assist with commission tracking, reporting, and operational analytics

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3–5 years of business, finance, benefits, or analytical experience
• Strong Excel, reporting, and presentation skills
• Experience working & interpreting data analytics and client communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at once within a fast-paced environment
