Production Data Analyst
About your role:
As a Production Data Analyst, you will lead day-to-day data analysis that supports manufacturing operations within Output Solutions at Fiserv. You will work with operations leadership, site teams, and data specialists to maintain accurate reporting, document standard operating procedures, and improve performance visibility. Your work will help strengthen productivity, efficiency, and operational standards across production sites.
What you'll do:
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of production data analysis applications, reporting workflows, and standard operating procedures used across Output Solutions.
  • Refine and support production standards in partnership with site leadership to improve consistency, productivity, and operational performance.
  • Facilitate reporting development requirements and monitor delivery of production reports and production data outputs.
  • Oversee production operator scorecards and support their use at the shop level to measure performance against established standards.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement across manufacturing sites.
  • Conduct audits of vendor and internal operations to evaluate compliance with documented standards, reporting expectations, and operational requirements.
  • Identify gaps in production reports or production processes and partner with stakeholders to implement solutions that improve accuracy and efficiency.

Experience you'll need to have:
  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, capacity planning, workforce management, or production analytics in a manufacturing, operations, or similar environment.
  • 4+ years of experience querying and analyzing data in Structured Query Language (SQL) databases for reporting, validation, and operational decision-making.
  • 4+ years of experience building dashboards, visualizations, and reporting outputs using Power BI or a similar data visualization platform.
  • 2+ years of experience applying generative artificial intelligence, machine learning models, or similar analytical methods to support business analysis or process improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:
  • Experience in predictive analytics or prescriptive analytics for operational decision support.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, process engineering, or a related operational environment.
  • Experience developing statistical models or analytical models in a production or industrial setting.
  • Experience using statistical tools to evaluate performance trends, process variation, or operational outcomes.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification, International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certification, or equivalent process improvement certification.

How you'll work:
  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
  • This role requires flexibility to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays.

Travel: This role requires occasional travel (up to 10%).
