    Product Management & Delivery

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data, Technology, or a related field
    • 3-7 years of experience in data, analytics, or finance technology roles
    • Experience supporting data product development or reporting solutions
    • Intermediate knowledge of finance processes (e.g., FP&A, accounting, reporting)
    • Experience working in cross-functional teams, preferably in an agile or product-based model
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Ability to work with moderate independence in a dynamic environment

    Preferred

    • Experience supporting finance data domains (foundational or reporting data)
    • Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, cloud data environments, BI tools like Power BI)
    • Experience contributing to data models, pipelines, or visualization development
    • Background in financial services or asset management

    Orange County Base Salary Range: $93,027-$148,843

    In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
