A Senior Data Analyst is an experienced professional responsible for leading complex projects and initiatives, mentoring junior analysts, and acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Your Responsibilities on the Team

  • Lead the analysis of complex business problems and opportunities.
  • Develop comprehensive analytics and reporting requirements and specifications.
  • Lead the design, creation, testing, and roll out of new dashboards, reports, and advanced data tools.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

  • Must have advanced SQL skills.

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in data analysis, analytics engineer, or a related role.
  • Confident with learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Experience with a data transformation tool such as dbt.
  • Advanced experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
  • Experience with marketing and sales analytics (media and attribution experience a plus).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Sr Data Analyst to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
