We are thrilled to invest in a driven, quality-focused, detail-oriented Data & Reporting Analyst to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing valuable data insights by analyzing data for reporting to positively impact our success, as well as developing automated, robust dashboards that enable Account leaders to access critical information to inform and drive their business.
YOUR TASKS
  • Create data model processes, conduct analysis, and report results across all operations and clients.
  • Create ad-hoc reports in a timely manner to assist the leadership team in discovering operational data necessary to spot trends.
  • Create reports/dashboards related to forecasting, budgeting, productivity, and SLAs.
  • Collect and analyze data from multiple data sources and compile the data into meaningful insights that drive actions within the company.
  • Explain technical concepts and analysis implications to a wide audience and translate business objectives into actionable analysis.
  • Display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Research, develop, plan, and execute continuous improvement projects in all key areas.
  • Utilize presentation skills and experience with large datasets to create reports and other documentation with data and visual analytics.
  • Track and report on metrics (key performance indicators), which are utilized to drive performance improvements and achieve desired outcomes in a timely manner.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics, reporting, data analysis, or enterprise systems. Candidates with a Master's degree may qualify with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, DAX, data modeling, and relational database principles.
  • Experience working with database technologies such as Databricks, Exasol, SQL Server, or similar.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, SAP experience a plus.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Office applications; experience with PowerBI preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous supply chain & warehouse experience preferred
