Job description

Job Summary:
VectorCSP is seeking a Data Management Analyst to provide onsite SharePoint technical and data management support to the USCG Offshore Patrol Cutter Project Resident Office. The role involves developing SharePoint tools, maintaining workflows, and supporting data management activities.
Responsibilities:
• Support development of local OPC SharePoint tools, software support and upgrades
• Develop and maintain SharePoint workflows, maintain configuration of program document repository, create standardized reports and presentation graphs, monitor data management repositories, and screen documents for proper marking of distribution and data rights
• Support organization, tracking, maintenance and validation of OPC design decision spreadsheets
• Support the administration, collection and submission of time-sensitive data calls
• Provide data for and assist in the preparation of lessons learned reports and briefs
• Maintain the spreadsheets, SharePoint tasks lists, and SharePoint site for all program financial activities and ensure associated requirements documents are drafted and schedules for execution and obligation are developed, organized and maintained.
• Develop a process and associated plan for the maintenance of existing and creation of new Government reports, trackers, and documents
• Attend meetings to review SharePoint status and take meeting notes
Qualifications:
Required:
• Active Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of Four (4) years infrastructure and web-based development in a SharePoint software environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software suits to include Word, Excel, and Power BI
• Experience in Performance Metrics, Analysis, and Trending
