The Role
Designs, develops, and implements methods, processes and systems to consolidate and analyze diverse data sets including structured and unstructured. Develops software programs, algorithms, dashboards, information tools, and queries to clean, model, integrate and evaluate datasets. Keeps abreast of new analytic methodologies and technologies. Collaborates with functional business units to drive business solutions and direction. Develops, inspects, mines, transforms, and models data to raise productivity, improve decision making, and gain competitive advantage. Conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis on data and information to ensure correct predictive forecasting and classification. Manages all aspects of end-to-end data processing utilizing customized report building functions of systems. Maintains analytical systems, verifies the accuracy of data, and acts as a liaison between divisions.
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst and architect to assist and lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise data solutions. This role is responsible for architecting scalable data flows, integrating diverse data sources, and ensuring the reliability, security, and compliance of our data assets. As part of a data management team, will also be responsible for ensuring data can support both Company and Enterprise level AI efforts. .
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain data integrations.
• Assist in building scalable data pipelines, APIs, and automation workflows to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and application needs.
• Implement and optimize data storage, ingestion, transformation, and retrieval processes in cloud-based environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce data requirements, governance rules, and best practices.
• Ensure data quality, lineage tracking, and standards compliance across multiple systems and platforms.
• Support enterprise data governance, metadata management, and documentation initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technology roadmaps for data and automation platforms.• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity, compliance, and internal controls.
