The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated IS Systems Analyst to support enterprise applications, reporting solutions, data analytics, and technology initiatives across the organization. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs, support existing systems, and help design and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision making.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys solving problems, working with data, learning new technologies, and supporting business users. You'll have the opportunity to develop your technical and analytical skills while contributing to meaningful business initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, operational reports, and analytics solutions that support business decision-making.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business needs into effective system, reporting, and technology solutions.

  • Support existing enterprise applications, reporting solutions, and business tools while identifying opportunities for enhancements and new initiatives.

  • Support the design, development, testing, and implementation of system enhancements, reporting solutions, automation, and process improvements.

  • Assist with system upgrades, user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and ongoing support of enterprise applications.

  • Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and training materials to support adoption of systems and reporting solutions.

  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to improve processes, support adoption of Microsoft and AI-enabled technologies, and deliver solutions that increase operational efficiency


What You Will Bring

  • Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or an equivalent field.

  • 0-5 years of experience supporting business systems, analytics, reporting, or technology solutions.

  • Exposure to or experience with reporting/dashboard tools.

  • Working knowledge of SQL.

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Suites (Excel, Teams, SharePoint)

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the comfort to engage both business and technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP would be considered an asset.
