We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiatives and drive the successful execution of critical security programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale cybersecurity projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering complex initiatives across IT infrastructure, security, and vendor organizations.
This role requires a strong background in program management, cybersecurity operations, risk management, and executive-level stakeholder communication.
ย Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise cybersecurity programs and workstreams.
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and RAID logs.
- Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate activities across Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, Network Security, Identity Management, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Drive weekly project meetings, executive status reporting, and issue resolution.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies while proactively escalating critical issues.
- Support governance, compliance, audit readiness, and remediation validation activities.
- Manage platform integration efforts and coordinate dependencies across multiple teams.
- Translate technical cybersecurity initiatives into business-friendly updates for executive leadership.
- Ensure successful delivery of vulnerability management, detection and response, identity security, and infrastructure security initiatives.

ย Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in Program or Project Management.

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP Certification required.
