  • Experience implementing and managing security frameworks such as NIST, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and CJIS.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical security concepts for executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Florida Driver's License.
Preferred
  • Experience serving in a senior cybersecurity leadership role, including Director, Senior Information Security Manager, Deputy CISO, or CISO-level responsibilities.
  • Advanced certifications such as CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, or CISSP-ISSMP.
  • Experience supporting highly regulated environments.
  • Experience leading security initiatives within large, complex, multi-site organizations.
  • Public sector, healthcare, or similarly regulated industry experience.
Why This Opportunity?
  • Join an organization making significant investments in technology modernization and digital transformation.
  • Influence enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy and governance.
  • Lead critical initiatives involving cloud security, compliance, risk management, and security operations.
  • Work directly with executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Hybrid work environment based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
  • Opportunity to build lasting impact while helping shape the future state of the organization's cybersecurity program.
