Job Title: Technical Program Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA (Local candidates only)
Job Type: Contract
Experience: 8+ years in Program Management, Technical Project Management, or Software Delivery
Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
  • Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics
  • Drive Agile delivery processes, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management
  • Identify program risks, dependencies, and roadblocks; implement mitigation plans proactively
  • Track and report program status, key milestones, budget utilization, and overall program health
  • Establish governance frameworks, communication plans, and performance metrics
  • Support resource planning, capacity management, and vendor coordination
Required Skills
  • Agile / Scrum Program Management, SDLC, Release Management
  • Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence
  • Risk & Dependency Management
  • Cloud Technologies - Azure, AWS, GCP
  • DevOps & CI/CD Practices
