Responsibilities

Sabre Systems is hiring a Sr. Management Analyst to support one of our government customers located in Southern Maryland at Patuxent River Naval Air Station.  The candidate will provide technical, analytical, and managerial support for the PAE Aviation Office of the Chief Engineer, Cyber Warfare in the following areas: Program Management, General/Technical Support; Operations Support; Cybersecurity/Information Assurance.  The selected candidate will:

  • Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
  • Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
  • Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
  • Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
  • Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
  • Tracks program/project status and schedules.
  • May provide expertise in a particular business and/or domain area such as logistics, financial management, change management, talent management; or in a specific technology area. 



Qualifications

Qualifications:

  •  BA/BS or MA/MS degree in the applicable functional area and ten (10) years of experience performing related work is required
  • Typically works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently.
  • May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
  • An Acitve DoD secret clearance or higher is required
  • Must be a US Citizen 

Compensation Statement
At Sabre Systems, LLC, compensation is based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific requirements; however, final compensation will be determined by individual qualifications and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is as follows: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00
