Primary Responsibilities
Graduate counseling faculty are responsible for providing high-quality education to students enrolled in the online MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program based at Eagle Pass. Faculty are expected to support program development, student retention, and CACREP accreditation efforts through high-impact teaching, service, and professional engagement.

- Teach core and specialty CACREP-aligned graduate courses online.
- Provide individual and group supervision during practicum and internship.
- Maintain current knowledge in counseling theory, ethics, and practice.
- Participate in curriculum development, evaluation, and assessment.
- Mentor graduate students and contribute to student retention initiatives.
- Engage in professional development and scholarly activity.
- Serve on departmental and institutional committees as appropriate.
- Support program compliance with CACREP standards, including accreditation self-study contributions and data collection.

AdditionalInformation
- This is a non-tenure-track position focused on teaching and supervision if remote. Resident faculty with a terminal degree will be tenure track.
- Reasonable availability to students via virtual office hours, email, and phone is expected.
- Participation in CACREP accreditation and regional licensure alignment is essential.
Any qualifications to be considered in place of stated minimums, require the prior approval of the Human Resources Director.
