Job Summary 

AmeriPharma is seeking a Senior Marketing Copywriter to own and elevate our brand voice across channels. This role serves as the primary copy expert for the digital marketing team. You’ll craft compelling, brand-aligned content across a variety of platforms and formats from digital campaigns to print materials and UX writing. You will also own our brand copy guidelines, defining voice, tone, and messaging guardrails that ensure consistency across assets. Much of your work will involve adapting existing content for different platforms, translating complex ideas into clear, audience-ready messaging. This role requires a strong communicator with sound marketing judgment and the ability to deliver content that informs, engages, and drives results.


Schedule Details 

Location: Laguna Hills, CA (Fully onsite, with 1 designated WFH day per week)

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00AM– 5:30PM


Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Write clear, persuasive, and audience-focused copy for marketing campaigns and print materials.
  • Shape and uphold AmeriPharma’s brand voice by maintaining and evolving brand copy guidelines, tone, and messaging standards.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and marketing strategists to develop and deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
  • Develop platform-specific content that aligns with marketing goals while maintaining a consistent and engaging brand voice.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to deadlines.
  • Provide strategic input on content hierarchy and design to enhance clarity and engagement.
  • Refine and iterate content based on feedback and campaign performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure all content meets brand, legal, and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, platform best practices, and competitor strategies to inform content creation and stay ahead of market demands.


Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver clean, compelling content across digital and print materials.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt content across diverse platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Experience writing UX copy for digital products, including user flows, CTAs, error messages, notifications, and other in-product content.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.


Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in marketing copywriting or related roles.
  • Proven ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, and actionable messaging across various formats.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to enhance content creation.
  • Knowledge of general marketing strategies and principles.
  • Strong interviewing and information-gathering skills, with the ability to translate information into clear, audience-focused content.
