Job description

The Gumberg Library is looking for a motived student to help with the operations of outreach and communications for the Library. The student will assist with day-to-day activities related to outreach and communications. Responsibilities will include monitoring social media accounts, creating content for digital screens and social media, copy editing marketing materials, and designing promotional materials for the library and assisting at library events.

This position requires good time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.  We need someone who is available during university business hours, although we will ask for help with evening events from time to time. Familiarity with a graphics program such as Canva would be helpful.
