Job description

Summary:

This position will assist multiple marketing andcustomer-facing teams. This role combines graphic design, content creation,social media support, and product photography. The ideal candidate iscomfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, andcreating compelling visual content that supports our brands across digital andprint channels. Will provide support to our Lifecycle, Social, Print, and AppSupport teams.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 Graphic Design

  • Assist in creating digital and print marketing assets using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Canva.
  • Assist the Print Designer with catalogs, flyers, and promotional material production.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.

Social Media Support

  • Create and edit copy for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging channels.
  • Assist with Capcut video creation as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling, monitoring, and publishing social media content.
  • Support influencer marketing campaigns through asset management as assigned.
  • Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for engagement.

Product Photography & VisualContent

  • Capture and edit product photography for use on websites, social media, print materials, and marketplaces.
  • Maintain image quality standards and organize digital assets.

Customer Service & CommunityEngagement

  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries through social media channels when required.
  • Escalate customer concerns appropriately.
  • Support community engagement initiatives and help maintain a positive brand presence online.

Team Support

  • Support App Team initiatives through and content updates.
  • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT to assist with brainstorming, content refinement, and productivity tasks while maintaining human oversight and quality control.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of verifiable social media management, content creation, or digital marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.
  • Experience creating content with Canva.
  • Experience editing short-form video content using CapCut.
  • Experience with product photography and photo editing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service experience with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Portfolio Requirement

Applicants must provide:

  • A portfolio showcasing graphic design, social media, photography, and/or video editing work.
  • A link to professional social media accounts, campaigns, or projects demonstrating at least two years of relevant experience.

  • References that can verify social media, design, or marketing experience.
