Are you an organized, energetic, and motivated individual who enjoys helping others? We're looking for an entry-level Administrative Assistant / Caregiver Coordinator to join our growing team. What You'll Do
  • Professionally answer and manage a multi-line phone system while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with caregiver scheduling and staffing as needed (training provided).
  • Support daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with recruiting efforts, including conducting caregiver interviews as needed under the supervision of the Agency Director.
  • Work closely with the care management team to ensure outstanding service for our clients and caregivers.
  • Prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Help solve scheduling challenges and respond to changing priorities with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation every other week to assist with urgent client and caregiver scheduling needs.
