At Beechwood Health & Rehabilitation Center, we provide our residents with a full range of skilled nursing and rehabilitative services. We treat and support their needs in a safe, compassionate environment that fosters independence and dignity. We are currently looking to fill our dietary aide position with an individual who works to ensure residents maintain a healthy diet. The primary responsibilities include documenting patient care, advocating for patients, and educating them and their families.

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Cook to join our team and support the nutritional needs of our residents. The ideal candidate will provide high‑quality meal preparation in accordance with dietary guidelines and facility standards.

Responsibilities
