DPS is now hiring a Cook for a Hospital Facility in Brooksville, FL. Dean's Professional Services has partnered with healthcare facilities, government organizations, and corporations to provide job opportunities.

Cook Job Details:

Location: 11375 Cortez Blvd, Brooksville, FL 34613

Schedule: 6:00am to 6:00pm (Days and hours vary - Must be available to work all shifts and days as needed based on coverage requirements )

Starting Pay Rate: $17.50 Hourly (Based on experience)

Temporary to hire

Cook Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve meals according to established menus, dietary guidelines, and portion requirements.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a clean, safe kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff and management to meet mealtime schedules.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering/restocking as needed.
  • Comply with hospital and departmental food preparation standards.
  • Maintain a sanitary, organized, and hazard-free work area.
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Food Safety Certification.
