Responsibilities

  • The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing ingredients and assisting in the kitchen to ensure efficient food production and high-quality dishes. Requirements

  • Must be atleast 18 years of age
  • High school completion or equivalent required
  • Food Handler Certification required/ willing to obtain
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
    • Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferredBasic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practicesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organizationAbility to follow instructions and recipes accuratelyFlexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to stand for long periodsPhysical mobility with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 50 pounds.
