This Assistant Controller role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in high‑growth environments and enjoys building structure, teams, and processes. You’ll work closely with the executive team, own core accounting operations, and help lead a finance and accounting function. This Assistant Controller position offers strong visibility, leadership influence, and the opportunity to shape the future of a growing organization. This role is fully onsite in Rutherford County, TN.

Salary up to $130,000 + 10% bonus
