They are seeking an Assistant Controller to play a key role in a high-visibility finance transformation initiative. The Assistant Controller will partner closely with leadership to enhance processes, improve reporting, and drive efficiencies across the accounting function. This Assistant Controller opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building scalable solutions.

The Assistant Controller will take ownership of key accounting operations while also contributing to strategic initiatives. This Assistant Controller role offers a unique blend of hands-on execution and process leadership, with strong exposure to executive stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead process improvement and reorganization efforts across accounting and finance
  • Drive general ledger enhancements and system optimization within ERP platforms
  • Oversee AR/AP, payroll, balance sheet reconciliations, insurance, and cost accounting
  • Support data mapping, system migrations, reporting automation, and shared services initiatives
  • Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and operational priorities
