About the Role

Radius Packaging is seeking a Controller to join our team in New Berlin, WI. This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and meaningful financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

โ€ข Oversee all general and cost accounting activities

โ€ข Manage accounts payable and receivable processes

โ€ข Prepare and reconcile bank accounts and fixed assets

โ€ข Maintain financial forecasts including cash flow

โ€ข Ensure ERP system integrity and reporting accuracy

โ€ข Analyze cost structures and variances

โ€ข Lead inventory accounting and physical inventory processes

โ€ข Serve as internal auditor for payroll

โ€ข Support external financial audits

โ€ข Develop and manage budgets and variance analysis

โ€ข Lead and develop accounting team members

โ€ข Ensure timely vendor payments and collections

โ€ข Prepare and oversee tax filings

โ€ข Support financial reporting systems including Tableau

Qualifications & Experience
