Job Description Location: McKees Rocks, PA Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 base salary + benefits About the Opportunity Our client, a small, privately owned industrial and commercial installation company, is seeking a Controller to join their team in McKees Rocks, PA. This on-site position offers the chance to take ownership of the company's accounting operations while contributing to its continued growth and success. Position Overview The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and is looking for long-term growth within a stable, team-oriented organization. Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Partner with leadership on financial strategy and business decisions. Improve and implement accounting processes and internal controls. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required with equivalent experience).
