Reporting to the Senior Business Partner, the Financial Business Partner plays a strategic role in aligning operational and financial goals to drive performance improvements across their sector. This position focuses on building strong relationships with plant teams, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting key decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and monitor operational performance, including profitability and KPI tracking.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement action plans to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with plant directors and cross-functional teams to align goals and ensure execution.
