Job description

Now hiring a Data Entry Specialist in Pensacola, FL. This position will report directly to a Team Leader, supervised by Assistant Controller. This position has room to grow quickly within the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the processing of construction invoices, which includes data entry, sorting, photocopying and filling
  • Execute daily procedures accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with accounting policy
  • Meet deadlines
  • All data entry, no work over the phone
  • Transfer information from paper to the computer
PAY | $15.50/hr.
SCHEDULE | Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (1 hr. lunch)
REQUIREMENTS |Must pass pre-employment drug and background screen.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Highly organized
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Invoice coding and processing experience
