About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in the office management sector. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring efficient office operations, managing schedules and appointments, and supporting the coordination of office activities and events.
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist with the coordination of office activities and events.
  • Serve as primary customer support assisting with facility/housekeeping issues, kitchen/pantry management, A/V troubleshooting, and other office services.
  • Support day-of execution for meetings and events, including coordination with team/vendors and managing logistical needs.
  • Maximize work and meeting space utilization by managing reservation and meeting space processes.
  • Manage and foster relationships with customers, team, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 6-9 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in hospitality/office support is preferred.
  • Proficiency in managing schedules and appointments.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
  • Experience with event coordination and vendor management.
  • Knowledge of office space management and utilization strategies.
