An Assistant Contract Technical Representative (ACTR) is a professional who supports the management and oversight of contracts, particularly in technical or engineering projects. They assist the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer’s Representative by monitoring contractor performance, ensuring contract requirements are met, and documenting progress. ACTRs commonly review technical reports, inspect deliverables, and help resolve issues between the contractor and the organization.
