Job description

For a long-term transformation project with a client in Vienna, we are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Operations Support Specialist (m/f/d).
The role focuses on ensuring business continuity and providing operational support to the OneShop Squad during an ongoing transformation. You will support daily e-commerce operations across OneShop and the existing legacy webshop, maintain relevant product and campaign data, and help ensure that commercial activities are executed accurately and on time.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and the wider project team to support smooth day-to-day operations, identify operational issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and ways of working.

Duration: 12 months+ with an option for extension

Working model: Hybrid, 2 days per week on site in Vienna

Your Tasks
  • Support the OneShop Squad in day-to-day business operations within OneShop and the legacy webshop
  • Maintain and update product, content and campaign-related data across the relevant e-commerce platforms
  • Ensure the timely, accurate and reliable execution of operational e-commerce activities
  • Provide backup support for team members during vacation, illness and other absences
  • Support the planning, coordination and execution of commercial activities, promotions and product launches
  • Monitor data quality and identify operational issues that require clarification or resolution
  • Support the correction of data inconsistencies and operational errors
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure smooth daily e-commerce processes
  • Coordinate with internal teams and relevant interfaces to support ongoing operations
  • Support operational activities during the transformation from the legacy webshop to OneShop
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, workflows and ways of working
  • Document operational procedures, recurring tasks and relevant process updates
  • Support issue tracking and follow-up on open operational topics
  • Help ensure sufficient operational capacity and business continuity within the OneShop Squad
Your Profile
  • Several years of professional experience in e-commerce operations, webshop management, digital commerce or a comparable role
  • Practical experience in maintaining product, content and campaign-related data
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, content management systems or product information management systems
  • Good understanding of operational e-commerce processes
  • Experience in supporting promotions, commercial campaigns and product launches
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when working with data
  • Ability to identify operational issues and coordinate their resolution
  • Structured, reliable and independent way of working
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced transformation environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Very good written and spoken English skills

  • Experience in the telecommunications sector
