  • Capture content optimized for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and web.
  • Assist with creative shot planning and content execution alongside marketing leadership.
Production Coordination
  • Prepare and maintain production equipment and shoot kits.
  • Organize footage and upload assets for remote editors.
  • Ensure projects and footage are properly labeled and stored within company workflows.
  • Coordinate with remote editors to ensure smooth post-production handoff.

  • Support campaign launches, events, trade shows, and behind-the-scenes coverage.
  • Capture both polished marketing content and fast-turn social content.
Required Skills & Competencies Videography & Production Experience

  • Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, framing, and audio.
  • Experience in corporate videography / agency work.
  • Automotive, motorsports, or manufacturing portfolio work a plus.

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Basic to intermediate editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro a plus.
