Embracing professionalism, innovation, excellence, and simplicity, we aim to assist our clients in achieving remarkable global performance and enable consumers to enjoy a seamless, effortless lifestyle.ย

Overviewย

TP-Link is looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Content Creator to produce high-impact short-form video content for two brands: TP-Link and Tapo.

In this role, you'll bring ideas to life - concepting, filming, and editing engaging content designed for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube shorts. You understand what makes people stop scrolling: strong hooks, fast pacing, authentic storytelling, and content that earns shares and saves.

You're comfortable on camera and excited about turning topics like networking, gaming, smart home, and connected lifestyles into content that feels native to social: entertaining, informative, and highly relatable.

You'll collaborate closely with the Social Media Team and broader marketing teams to test ideas, experiment with formats, and continuously improve performance, with the goal of driving views, engagement, and viral growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create 2-3 short-form videos per week across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Own the full content process: ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.
  • Stay on top of trends, memes, viral sounds, and creator formas and translate them into brand-relevant content.
  • Turn technical topics (WIFI, smart home, gaming, networking) into simple, engaging, social-first content.
  • Capture real-time content at events, product launches, trade shows, and office moments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to bring campaigns and product stories to life in social-native ways.
  • Support livestreams, creator partnerships, and special projects as needed.
  • ย Analyze performance metrics (views, watch time, engagement, shares) and apply insights to improve future content.
  • Experiment continuously with new formats, hooks, and storytelling styles.
  • Create longer-form (3-5minute) explainer videos for product and retail use.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in content creation, social media, short-form video, digital marketing, or creator-led content.
  • Proven ability to create engaging content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and/or YouTube Shorts.
  • Deep understanding of platform trends, pacing, storytelling, and audience behavior.
  • Strong video production skills (shooting and editing).
  • Comfortable and natural on camera.
  • Experience using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong awareness of internet culture, creator trends, and virial content formats.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Passion or curiosity for consumer tech, gaming, smart home, or connected devices.
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and iterate based on data.
  • Must have continuous work authorization in the US without the need for visa sponsorships.

Benefits

Pay Range:ย ย $75,000 - $85,000

  • Free snacks and drinks
  • Fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance (partial coverage for dependents)
  • Contributions to 401k funds
  • Bi-annual reviews, and annual pay increases
  • Health and wellness benefits, including free gym membership
  • Quarterly team-building events

At TP-Link Systems Inc., we are continually searching for ambitious individuals who are passionate about their work. We believe that diversity fuels innovation, collaboration, and drives our entrepreneurial spirit. As a global company, we highly value diverse perspectives and are committed to cultivating an environment where all voices are heard, respected, and valued. We are dedicated to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants, and we prohibit discrimination and harassment of any kind based on race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws. Beyond compliance, we strive to create a supportive and growth-oriented workplace for everyone. If you share our passion and connection to this mission, we welcome you to apply and join us in building a vibrant and inclusive team at TP-Link Systems Inc.ย

Please, no third-party agency inquiries, and we are unable to offer visa sponsorships at this time.ย
