Job description

Job Title

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
  • 3+ years of demonstrable 'hands-on' IT work experience supporting and resolving diverse PC desktop software and hardware issues

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years experience
  • IT-related desktop and infrastructure hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Work night shifts to provide continuous support and maintain the stability of the IT environment. THIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT POSITION IN DALLAS – Flex will be 4 days a week 10pm-6am but can be flexible, weekdays, weekends, no set days – no remote

Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
  • Airline Industry experience

Skills, Licenses, and Certifications: All candidates will need the following:

  • Familiarity with workflow and ITSM tools and ticketing systems is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interface at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and perform in a collaborative, team-based environment
