Position Overview:
The Non-CDL Hydrovac Support Specialist is essential to that mission. This role supports our CDL Operators in the field-setting up job sites, handling equipment, and performing hands-on work to ensure each project runs smoothly and safely. What You'll Do
  • Assist CDL Operators with hydro and air excavation operations
  • Help set up and maintain safe, efficient job sites
  • Perform labor-intensive tasks including digging, moving hose, and cleaning equipment
  • Ensure all tools, trucks, and trailers are kept clean, organized, and job-ready
  • Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE on every job
  • Perform light maintenance and support equipment checks
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with your crew
  • Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and on-the-job training

What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in construction, utilities, or physical labor is a plus-not required
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work outdoors in all weather
  • Willingness to learn, listen, and contribute to a team
  • A safety-first attitude and attention to detail
  • Dependability, humility, and a commitment to showing up ready to work
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 90 lbs and work in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain)

  • Must be willing to travel locally or regionally for job assignments as needed
