This role offers immediate procedural volume, no ramp period, strong earning potential, and a clear path to ownership in both the practice and a physician-owned surgical hospital.

Experienced Physician Track: Join with immediate clinical autonomy and no productivity micromanagement. Providers have the ability to tailor scope mix, clinic load, and schedule from day one, and have a near-term path to equity.

Early-Career Physician Track: You’ll have a structured transition into full volume with experienced partner support. Benefit from a direct mentorship from a Mayo Clinic-trained gastroenterologist and a 15+ year experienced GI Physician Assistant.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited institution
  • Completion of Gastroenterology fellowship
