What The Position is About:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch
  • Manage the Project Manager, Assistant Project Managers, and the Shop Manager while supporting the Superintendents, field employees, and Regional Operations leadership
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for customer, contractor, and project concerns
  • Improve operational processes, production KPIs, safety programs, and overall efficiency
  • Assist in resolving operational and field-related challenges to maintain productivity
  • Monitor performance and provide regular feedback to the team, offering continuous coaching and mentoring to optimize performance and professional growth
  • Coordinate with sales, estimating, safety, technology, and corporate leadership to ensure alignment with overall business goals
