Family Guidance Center of Alabama is seeking candidates to work directly with men and women who are transitioning from public assistance to greater self-reliance. Comprehensive life coaching and caring guidance will assist participants in attaining their education and employment goals. EOE

Salary $35,700

Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in human services field, Master's preferred. Three or more years of experience in social services preferred. Compassionate approach to working with participants and the ability to guide and support, redirect, celebrate, and remain persistently supportive. Excellent communication skills including using technology for outreach. Motivated, committed, energetic candidates wanted to join an innovative, hard-working team.
