Job description

The Project Manager, a hybrid position (2 days on-site), is responsible for the efficient management of patient recruitment digital and social media campaigns from start to finish.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the establishment, communication, and adherence of project deadlines and milestones
  • Implementation of design and content into content management tool
  • Attention to detail in quality checking of materials, websites, and analytics
  • Manage customer expectations and provide clear communication of project flow
  • Facilitate and lead effective campaign discussions with clients and internal teams
  • Develop strong relationships with clinical study sponsors, clinical research organizations and research study sites
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with the entire Splash team to collectively meet established deadlines on top priority campaigns

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years project management experience
  • Experience in digital and social media marketing preferred
  • Strong competencies in planning, project management, and organization with the ability to lead multiple activities while maintaining a focus on quality
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written, communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in self-management and organizational skills; able to manage workload, set personal and team priorities and adjust as needed
  • Assist in driving the continuous improvement of established processes and procedures
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products
