Job Overview

Office Clerk / Accounts Receivable Clerk

Location: Dubuque, IA

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift

Pay: $20.00–$25.00/hour, based on experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting daily office operations with a primary focus on accounts receivable, customer service, and data entry.

Responsibilities

  • Process approximately 5,000 customer invoices each month

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls

  • Accept and process customer payments

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic records

  • Process scale tickets for customer billing

  • Monitor aged receivables and make collection calls on past-due accounts

  • Assist with general administrative and office duties

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous office, administrative, or accounts receivable experience preferred

  • Strong data entry and computer skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
