? Assist in developing and executing creative food and beverage menus
?? Produce and oversee exceptional dishes with outstanding presentation and flavor
Ensure efficient kitchen operations while maintaining quality and consistency
? Support the Executive Chef with menu planning, food preparation, and daily kitchen management
? Lead kitchen service and step into the Executive Chef role when needed
? Train, coach, mentor, and motivate the culinary team
? Create staff schedules and evaluate team performance
? Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
