We are looking for a Business Services Category Manager (Procurement - Corporate Services) who is strategic, collaborative, and results-driven to join us in our Procurement team, based in our Atlanta, GA office.
About the role
You will lead sourcing initiatives and execute procurement strategies across a range of corporate service categories such as travel, legal, finance, talent, and information technology. This role combines strategic execution with hands-on sourcing delivery and close stakeholder collaboration. You will play a key role in driving cost optimization, improving service quality, and strengthening supplier partnerships to deliver measurable business value.
Who you'll work with
You will be working in a team that partners closely with stakeholders across corporate functions and procurement colleagues globally. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, talent, and technology, as well as external suppliers, to ensure alignment, deliver sourcing initiatives, and continuously improve procurement outcomes.
What you'll do
  • Execute procurement strategies across multiple corporate service categories
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing projects, including supplier selection and negotiations
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into sourcing solutions
  • Manage supplier performance, contracts, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
  • Drive process improvements and support procurement transformation initiatives

Minimum requirements
  • Master's degree in business, procurement, finance, or related field
  • 5-8+ years' experience in procurement or sourcing roles
  • Proven track record delivering sourcing projects and measurable outcomes
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Solid analytical and financial evaluation capabilities

Preferred requirements
  • Experience managing corporate services categories such as travel or professional services
  • Familiarity with supplier performance management and contract compliance
  • Experience working within global or matrix organizations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to identify cost optimization and process improvement opportunities
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments
