Job description

Position Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing the company’s marketing strategy across all brands, channels, and markets. This role oversees campaign planning, creative coordination, distributor support marketing, brand management, promotional execution, digital alignment, and cross-functional marketing initiatives.
This is a highly hands-on leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and day-to-day execution. The Marketing Manager will work closely with sales, operations, digital media, graphic design, distributors, and leadership to drive brand growth, increase market visibility, support distribution expansion, and improve overall marketing effectiveness.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, managing multiple projects, and helping elevate growing brands.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
• Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with company sales and growth objectives
• Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, distributor, and event channels
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and execution
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Distributor & Sales Support
• Support distributor sales efforts through promotional programs, POS materials, displays, and sales support tools
• Coordinate distributor marketing requests and priorities
• Assist with new product launches and market rollouts
• Oversee and manage the company’s Marketing Support Fund (MSF), including distributor marketing support, launch materials, and promotional tracking
Brand Management & Creative Coordination
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials
• Guide creative direction for campaigns, packaging, and promotional materials
• Coordinate with graphic design and digital media team members to ensure timely execution
Digital Marketing Oversight
• Coordinate digital marketing efforts with the Digital Media Coordinator
• Oversee social media strategy and campaign alignment
• Support website and distributor portal marketing priorities
Project & Workflow Management
• Manage multiple marketing projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Maintain organized workflows, trackers, and project management systems
• Improve marketing organization and execution processes
Vendor & Event Coordination
• Coordinate with printers, promotional vendors, agencies, and external partners
• Assist with trade shows, sponsorships, events, and promotional activities
Reporting & Analytics
• Track and analyze marketing KPIs and campaign performance
• Maintain dashboards and reporting systems
• Prepare marketing performance summaries for leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of marketing experience preferred
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience coordinating creative projects and campaigns
• Experience with social media, digital marketing, and marketing analytics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Wix, or similar platforms is a plus
• Beverage, CPG, food, or distributor/channel marketing experience strongly preferred
• Experience working in a lean, entrepreneurial, or fast-paced environment preferred
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed for distributor visits, market support, trade shows, events, photoshoots, and company initiatives

Travel Requirements

This position requires occasional travel, including distributor visits, market visits, retail audits, trade shows, industry events, photoshoots, and promotional activities. Travel may vary throughout the year based on business needs, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
Candidates should be comfortable traveling independently and representing the company professionally in market and distributor environments.
