Essential Functions:

  • Review and analyze daily and weekly exception reporting to address issues in the stores.
  • Research all cash and credit refunds which exceed sales and address.
  • Follow up on all manual discounting utilizing daily reports. Include all coupon discounts.
  • Investigate cash variances and deposit compliance issues. Partner with store team to resolve to completion.
  • Review Operators with outstanding ACH. Partner with accounting on communication of problems.
  • Identify and follow up on stores with daily sales less than $100.
  • Utilize margin reporting to identify potential problems in the field.
  • Develop working knowledge of operator, store, SRV and SOP manuals.
  • Provide and program all cameras for employee stores. Audit weekly and partner with store systems to ensure all are online.
  • Audit all cameras weekly in New Braunfels distribution center and Austin warehouse for functionality.
  • Purchase, program and send safes and lock boxes to all employee stores. Address broken equipment.
  • Oversee the safety program and facilitate all meetings.
  • Participate in all store training webinars to teach processes and communicate LP expectations.
  • Escalate all issues to SR Director of Retail Operations and make decisions to address and resolve with urgency.
  • Investigate and interview all asset protection issues. Partner with HR and Director Operations on corrective action up to and including termination.
  • Supervise Store Systems team and actively partner on ongoing projects and new initiatives.
  • Actively involved in time fraud investigations.
  • Work communication log daily for actions to support the stores.
  • Cross train in all operational functions.
