By bringing thousands of events and communities onto one platform, Flo creates scale where none previously existed, connecting passionate fans with the sports they love while giving athletes, organizers, and rights holders the tools to reach and engage a global audience.
Flo streams more than 50,000 live events annually across sports, including motorsports, wrestling, hockey, track & field, cheer, jiu-jitsu, NCAA Division II and III athletics, and more. We're looking for people who are passionate about sports, embody accountability, collaboration, curiosity, positivity, grit, and excellence, and are motivated to help grow and elevate the communities we serve.
THE ROLE:
FloSports is looking for a Part Time, Live Stream Associate I to join our Operations department. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic learner, some video experience, with a passion for providing high-quality live event coverage. This role will remotely support and manage multiple events simultaneously by helping check and adjust streaming settings, managing start and end times, monitoring commentary, graphics, and other treatments. Ideal candidates will be strong communicators and have a keen eye for detail.
This position will be based in Austin, TX USA - seasonal part time employment (Aug 2026 - April 2027)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Identify and correct audio and video quality issues to ensure client satisfaction is achieved
  • Ensure events are live and maintain high stream uptime and quality
  • Communicate key information with other technicians, camera operators, supporting team members, and managers
  • Understand and respond to client concerns and issues with video streams
  • Commonly work weekends & evenings
  • Other tasks as assigned by your managers

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be available to work Friday, Saturday & Sunday
  • Must be available to work from evenings & weekends
  • Operating hours 7am - 10pm (8 hour shifts)
