Job description

The Information Desk Attendant at the Fidelity Bank Worcester Ice Center serves as the primary point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional customer service and performing various administrative tasks. In addition to typical customer service-related tasks, this role includes monitoring the parking lot through security cameras, assisting with parking gate tasks and ticket validation, collecting payments for public skating events birthday parties, and ensuring that all participants have paid and signed the necessary waivers.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
  • Greet and assist visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide information about the facility, events, and services offered.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.

Administrative Tasks:
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Manage scheduling and reservations for events and facility use.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of daily activities and transactions.

Parking Lot Monitoring:
