This role is 100% commission-based.

Your Role

  • Collaborate with mortgage specialists to identify investment opportunities and propose integrated financial solutions
  • Lead joint client meetings to assess investment needs and provide personalized recommendations
  • Develop and maintain a strong external referral network to support business growth
  • Deliver comprehensive financial plans tailored to clientsโ€™ goals, risk profiles, and financial situations
  • Advise on retirement planning, tax strategies, and wealth accumulation
  • Educate clients on a wide range of investment products (mutual funds, RRSPs, TFSAs, RESPs, RRIFs, LIRAs, annuities)
  • Leverage data and insights to personalize outreach and enhance client engagement.

Prerequisites

  • College diploma, university certificate, bachelorโ€™s or masterโ€™s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
  • Valid Mutual Fund Representative (MFR) license
  • Proven experience in business development and client relationship management
  • Strong knowledge of investment products and financial planning principles
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and build lasting partnerships
