What does an assistant building manager do?

An Assistant Building Manager helps oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a building or property. Their responsibilities typically include coordinating repairs, supervising maintenance staff, handling tenant inquiries, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and assisting the Building Manager with administrative tasks. They play a key role in ensuring the property runs smoothly and that tenants have a safe and comfortable environment.
