The Software Performance Engineer ensures software is adhering to quality standards. The position's main focus is to tune the Adobe ES4 environment and to integrate J2EE-compatible applications to Adobe ES4. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Resource must have experience in the following areas. 

Configure, tune, and optimize for Adobe server side products including ES4 on WebSphere Application Servers. 

Develop, implement and configure enterprise solutions to integrate J2EE-compatible applications to Adobe ES4. 

Assist clients in achieving strategic e-business objectives through technology solution implementation. 

Document knowledge and best practices. 


Qualifications

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities 

Optimize and test existing software to enhance and improve performance, functionality and usability. 

Participate in all aspects of software development activities, including design, coding, code review, unit-testing, and bug fixing. 

Collaborate with product management and engineering to help define and implement requirements for backend services, components and interfaces. 

Writing complete functional specifications, and test and document well-structured code against designs which scale and perform well for customers. 

Bachelor's or Masters Degree in computer science and 3-5 years professional software development experience or equivalent. 

Demonstrated mastery in software development and debugging. 

Proficient in multi-threaded design and implementation. 

Proficient in Test Driven Development. 

Experience with Linux, GIT, mySQL 

Ability to quickly learn and apply complex subjects and technologies. 

Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate initiative and high self-motivation. Enthusiastic, creative and positive attitude. 

Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Highly collaborative working style.
