Job description

General Responsibilities:  

  • Processing incoming breast pump and supply orders/resupply orders to ensure accurate and timely dispensing of products to patients. 
  • Patient contact regarding their order  
  • Sales order creation
  • Email follow up
  • Text communications 
    Ideal Candidates:  
  • Possess excellent customer service skills 
  • Be able to work both independently and with a team 
  • Be friendly, compassionate, and reliable 
  • Ability to execute coordinated efforts in the interest of the common cause.  

Qualifications:  

  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent 

No experience necessary. Extensive on-the-job training will be provided. Strong emphasis on positive attitude, ability to work within a team, and attention to detail.
