What You'll Do

As a Glenlore Brand Ambassador, you'll be assigned to the role that best matches your strengths. Opportunities include:

✨ Trail Guide

  • Welcome and assist guests throughout the experience 
  • Help create a safe, engaging, and magical atmosphereon the trail
  • Communicate with our technical team to ensure activations are fully operational
  • Monitor trail areas and support nightly setup and closing 
  • Answer guest questions and assist with way finding 

???? Guest Check-In

  • Be the first smiling face guests see 
  • Scan tickets and assist with arrivals 
  • Help guests with questions before entering the trail 
  • Keep entry lines organized and efficient 

???? Concessions & Merchandise

  • Serve beverages, snacks, and seasonal treats 
  • Help guests discover fun merchandise and interactive items 
  • Operate point-of-sale systems (training provided) 
  • Keep concession areas clean, organized, and fully stocked 

???? Parking & Guest Arrival

  • Welcome guests as they arrive 
  • Direct traffic safely and efficiently 
  • Assist with signage, barricades, and parking flow 
  • Help create a positive first and last impression

Schedule

Our season runs from September through early January.

Most shifts take place:

  • Thursday through Sunday evenings 
  • Approximately sunsetthrough midnight (hours vary slightly throughout the season) 
  • Training provided before opening 

All positions require arriving before guests for setup and staying after closing for cleanup.
